ANOTHER Appoints Architect Milco Di Gaetano for UK Project Delivery

ANOTHER is pleased to announce that it has appointed architect Milco Di Gaetano to provide UK architecture, construction management, and delivery services for ANOTHER's commercial projects. An architect and project manager, Milco brings more than 20 years of architectural and commercial project experience, with expertise spanning architecture, technical coordination, project management, and construction delivery. Over the years, he has worked on many of London's most recognized commercial projects, across Sloane Street, Bond Street, Oxford Street, Covent Garden, Kensington, and Liverpool Street.
His representative projects include Brunello Cucinelli, Vision Express, Oakley, Lahpet, and Indi-go Rasoi, spanning high-end retail, flagship stores, and restaurants. He worked on these projects as construction or project manager, responsible for the process from RIBA Stage drawings and contractor coordination through site management and final delivery. Concept design and architecture remained with each brand.
This collaboration connects ANOTHER's established brand and design capabilities with deeper experience in delivering commercial projects. Led by ANOTHER, from brand design and interior and spatial concepts through architecture, project management, construction, and furniture, we bring different disciplines together under a single design direction, so that an idea carries through from concept to completion.
For retail, restaurants, and other brand-led commercial spaces, brand, design, architecture, and construction have never been separate tasks. A brand must be translated into space, the space must be built with precision, and furniture, millwork, and FF&E complete the experience. ANOTHER has always placed great importance on the relationship between furniture and space, treating original and custom furniture as an integral part of the overall design, never an afterthought.
